Trabajar en Servicio al Cliente en Apple-Cork
Apple está buscando una persona para que se encargue de las Relaciones con los Clientes de lengua española, para trabajar en un puesto permantente en AppleCare – Cork, Irlanda. Se trata de trabajar en un entorno internacional de ritmo rápido y dinámico.
Tareas:
- Responsible for providing support options, total resolution, and appeasement solutions to Apple customers and AppleCare Representatives.
- Responsible for customer recovery and retention via inbound phone calls. Phone calls will focus on complex customer service and support issues.
- Must be able to work under aggressive time commitments.
- Will be responsible for communicating official positioning on company issues. - Develops creative solutions to complex customer problems. Identifies and escalates emerging product or customer dissatisfaction issues.
- Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and suggests improvement strategies.
Perfil:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, other EU language a plus.
- A passion for customer service, strong technical aptitude, resourcefulness and flexibility.
- Advanced judgment, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Superior interpersonal, skills.
- Outstanding follow through and organizational ability.
